Autograph letter concerning a Din Torah written on behalf of the Beis Din Tzedek of Yerusholayim, under the leadership of R. Yosef Chaim Zonenfeld, by the then ‘Safra D’Dayna’ R. Avrohom Chaim Naeh.
R. Avraham Chaim Naeh (1890-1954), was born in Chevron to R. Menachem Mendel, who was one of the leaders of the Chabad Chassidim in Eretz Yisroel. Known as a tremendous Talmid Chochom he is particularly known for his approach to Halachic “shiurim”. His opinions regarding “shiurim” created a storm in the Torah world and were strongly challenged by the Chazon Ish and the Steipler.

מכתב אוטוגרפי אודות דין תורה, שנכתב בשם הבית דין צדק בירושלים, בהנהגת ר’ יוסף חיים זוננפלד, על ידי ר’ אברהם חיים נאה- ה”ספרא דדיינא” דאז.
ר’ אברהם חיים נאה (תר”ן- תשי”ד, 1890-1954), נולד בחברון לאביו- ר’ מנחם מנדל- שהיה אחד ממנהיגי חסידות חב”ד בארץ ישראל. נודע כתלמיד חכם עצום ובמיוחד בגישתו ל”שיעורים” הלכתיים. דעתו בעניין ה”שיעורים” יצרה סערה בעולם התורה והייתה במחלוקת חריפה עם החזון איש והסטייפלר.
