3 notebooks of seemingly unpublished Shiurim on Masechtos Yevamos, Kesubos and Kiddushin. Handwritten in a neat script by his student R. Avrohom Dovid Niznik, later the Chief Rabbi of Montreal.
R. Dovid Ha’Cohen Rappaport (1889-1941), a descendant of R. Akiva Eiger was born in Minsk. He learned in the Slabodka Yeshiva and from 1915, in the Ponevezh Yeshiva. Following WWI, the Alter of Slabodka invited him to the newly established Slabodka Kollel. In 1928, he accepted the position of Maggid Shiur in the Baranovitch Yeshiva under R. Elchonon Wasserman, where he served until WWII. He passed away in a Russian labor camp in 1942. He authored the popular seforim Tzemach Dovid on R. Akiva Eiger and Mikdash Dovid on Zera’im and Taharos.
Three notebooks. Total 80 pages. To the best of our knowledge these Shiurim are unpublished. Hitherto unknown, these shiurim present a glorious addition to the world of Torah scholarship in general, and to the Torah of the Mikdash Dovid in particular.

3 מחברות עם שיעורים שככל הנראה טרם נדפסו, על מסכתות יבמות, כתובות, וקידושין. נכתב בכתב יד מסודר על ידי תלמידו ר’ אברהם דוד ניצניק, לימים רבה הראשי של מונטריאול.
ר’ דוד הכהן רפפורט צאצא של ר’ עקיבא איגר (תרמ”ו- תש”א, 1889-1941), נולד במינסק. למד בישיבת סלבודקא, ומשנת תרע”ה 1915 בישיבת פוניבז’. אחר מלחמת העולם הראשונה קרא לו הסבא לכולל סלבודקא שזה עתה נוסד. בשנת תרפ”ח 1928 נענה להצעה לכהן כמגיד שיעור בישיבתו של ר’ אלחנן ווסרמן בברנוביץ, שם המשיך לכהן עד מלחמת העולם השנייה. נפטר במחנה עבודה רוסי בשנת תש”ב 1942. חיבר את הספרים האהודים צמח צדק על ר’ עקיבא איגר ומקדש דוד על זרעים וטהרות.
3 מחברות. סך כולל של 80 עמודים. למיטב ידיעתנו, שיעורים אלו טרם ראו אור.
שיעורים אלו, שלא נתגלו עד כה, מהווים הצצה נוספת ומקסימה לעולם הלימוד בעת ההיא בכלל, ולתורתו של המקדש דוד בפרט.
