Autograph Psak din written by R. Avrohom Yosef Grunvald of Ungvar, regarding a dispute between two kehillos. It seems that one Kehilla wanted to hire the Shochet from a different Kehilla and the first Kehilla objected to the leaving of their Shochet. The employment of Schoctim was frequently a source of contention.
R. Avrohom Yosef Grunvald (1878-1928), was a son of R. Moshe Grunvald (Arugas Ha’Bosem). Known as a distinguished Talmid Chochom he served as Rov in various important communities including Makow, Chust and Ungvar.

ר’ אברהם יוסף גרונוואלד (תרל”ח- תרפ”ח, 1878-1928), היה בנו של ר’ משה גרונוואלד (ערוגות הבושם). נודע כתלמיד חכם עצום וכיהן כרב בקהילות חשובות שונות ביניהן מאקובא, חוסט ואונגוואר.
