Long autograph Hadran on Masechta Nozir, by R. Moshe Eisenstadt of Kletsk.
Traditionally upon the completion of a Masechta, Talmidei Chachomim delivered a Hadran, masterfully covering the main points in the Masechta and connecting the topics at the end of the Masechta with those at the beginning. These were frequently known for their brilliance and greatly enjoyed by Talmidei Chachomim.
R. Moshe Eisenstadt (d. 1795), was the son of R. Michoel Eisenstadt, son of the Ponim Me’iros. He was the son in law of the Or Chodosh and was the third Rav of Kletsk. Known as great Talmid Chochom, he was one of the distinguished rabbinical figures of his era. Grandson of the Ponim Me’iros and great grandfather of R. Isser Zalman Meltzer.

כתב יד ארוך, הדרן על מסכת נזיר, מאת ר’ משה אייזנשטאט מקלעצק.
כנהוג, עם סיום מסכת, היו תלמידי החכמים מוסרים “הדרן” – שיעור המסכם את עיקרי הדברים במסכת וקושר את הנושאים שבסוף המסכת עם אלו שבתחילתה. לעיתים קרובות היו שיעורים אלו מתפרסמים בזכות שנינותם וגורמים להנאה ולעונג בקרב תלמידי חכמים.
ר’ משה אייזנשטאט (נפטר בתקנ”ה (1795)), היה בנו של ר’ מיכאל אייזנשטאט, בנו של בעל הפנים מאירות. הוא היה חתנו של ה”אור חדש” והרב השלישי בקלעצק. נודע כתלמיד חכם עצום, ואחד הדמויות הרבניות הנכבדות ביותר בתקופתו. נכד של בעל הפנים מאירות, וסביו של ר’ איסר זלמן מלצר.
