This work was printed without a title page (with the exception of P’nei Melech which has a title page unrecorded by Vinograd) and the pagination begins with page 138.

ספר זה הודפס ללא עמוד שער (מלבד ‘פני מלך’, שיש לו עמוד שער שאינו מתועד על ידי וינוגרד), ומספור העמודים מתחיל מעמוד 138.
