Kollel Polen was founded in 1796 in Poland by the Torah leaders of Polish Jewry. Led by the great Rebbes of Poland, it supported the poor in Eretz Yisroel who originated from Poland. In 1928 an internal dispute arose in Yerusholayim, concerning its leadership and distribution of funds. This broadside was released, to clarify the position of the Rebbes in Poland.

כולל פולין נוסד בשנת תקנ”ו (1796) בפולין על ידי מנהיגי עולם התורה של יהדות פולין. הכולל הונהג על ידי גדולי אדמו”רי פולין ותמך בעניי ארץ ישראל יוצאי פולין. בתרפ”ח (1928) התעוררה מחלוקת פנימית בירושלים בדבר הנהגת הכולל וחלוקת תקציביה. כרוז זה הופץ כדי להבהיר את עמדת האדמו”רים בפולין.
