Novella on various Masechtos and halachic responsa by R. Yissochar Dov M’Geza Tzvi of Zlotchov, a talmid of the Mezritcher Maggid and R. Yechiel Michel of Zlotchov.
R. Yissochar Dov M’Geza Tzvi of Zlotchov (died 1795), was a close friend and relative of R. Levi Yitzchok of Berditchev. They were both drawn to Chassidus through their relative R. Aryeh Leibush Peretz (Beis Peretz). R. Yissochar Dov served as Rav in Zlotchov where he also established a Yeshiva.
One of his Talmidim was R. Chaim of Czernowitz (Sidduro Shel Shabbos) who described the Ruach HaKodesh he witnessed in his Rebbe. He later immigrated to Eretz Yisroel, settling in Tzfas where he is buried close to the Alshich HaKadosh.

חידושים על מסכתות שונות ושו”ת מאת ר’ יששכר דב מגזע צבי מזלוטשוב, תלמידם של המגיד ממעזריטש ור’ יחיאל מיכל מזלוטשוב.
ר’ יששכר דב מגזע צבי מזלוטשוב ( נפטר בתקנ”ה 1795), היה תלמידו וקרובו של ר’ לוי יצחק מברדיטשב. שניהם נמשכו לחסידות דרך קרוב משפחתם ר’ אריה לייבוש פרץ (בית פרץ). ר’ יששכר דב כיהן כרב בזלוטשוב ואף הקים בה ישיבה.
בין תלמידיו היה ר’ חיים מצ’רנוביץ (סידורו של שבת) אשר מתאר את רוח הקודש אשר ראה אצל רבו. לימים עלה לארץ ישראל והתיישב בצפת. נטמן סמוך לקבר האלשיך הקדוש.
