R. Moshe Perlmutter was a disciple of R. Moshe Leib Silberberg. He served as a Dayan in Warsaw. Published by the Author’s son R. Eliezer Perlmutter a well-known Chazan who davened at the courts of many of the great Chasidic Rebbes of his era including R. Mendel of Kotzk, R. Chaim of Tzanz and R. Yechiel Meir of Gustinin. The sefer contains the only known approbation by R. Menachem Mendel of Kotzk who is also mentioned at the back of the Sefer as one of the sponsors. Also includes approbations by R. Yitzchok Meir Alter (Chidushei Ha’Rim) who is also mentioned at the back of the Sefer as one of the sponsors and R. Yeshaya Muscat among others.

ר’ משה פרלמוטר היה תלמידו של ר’ משה לייב זילברברג. הוא שימש כדיין בוורשא. הספר יצא לאור על ידי בן המחבר, ר’ אליעזר פרלמוטר, חזן ידוע שהתפלל בחצרות רבים מהאדמו”רים בדורו כולל ר’ מנחם מנדל מקוצק, ר’ חיים מצאנז ור’ יחיאל מאיר מגוסטינין. הספר כולל את ההסכמה הידועה היחידה של ר’ מנחם מנדל מקוצק, המוזכר גם בסוף הספר כאחד מנותני דמי קדימה. כמו כן, הספר כולל הככמה של ר’ יצחק מאיר אלתר (חידושי הרי”ם) המוזכר אף הוא בסוף הספר כאחד מנותני דמי קדימה וכן ר’ ישעיה מוסקט ואחרים.
