Commentary on the book of Iyov by R. Pinchos of Plotzk. R. Pinchos of Plotzk (died 1823), known as the Plotzker Maggid, was renowned as an influential Maggid. During a sojourn in Vilna he met the Vilna Gaon who invited him to serve as a private teacher to Gaon’s grandchildren. Consequently he joined the inner circle of the Talmidei Ha’Gra and quotes the Gaon numerous times in his works referring to him as his mentor. Vinograd Sifrei Ha’Gra 1579, Vinograd Vilna 43.
