R. Shmuel Heller (died 1884) was born in Poland and was a disciple of various great Chasidic Rebbes. In 1817 he emigrated to Eretz Yisroel settling in Tzefas. He was the leader of Chasidic community in Tzefas and was highly regarded as great Talmid Chochom and distinguished leader.

ר’ שמואל הלר (נפטר בשנת תרמ”ד 1884) נולד בפולין והיה מקורב אצל כמה מהצדיקים אדמו”רים. בשנת תקע”ז (1817) הוא עלה לארץ ישראל והתיישב בצפת. הוא הנהיג קהילה חסידית בצפת והוערך מאוד כתלמיד חכם עצום ומנהיג דגול
