Autograph Halachic responsa by R. Dovid Feinstein regarding whether one may sell his property to a non-Jew, if doing so will affect the real estate prices of the other Jews in the neighborhood. He writes that the same question was brought in front of his father R. Moshe regarding Crown Heights and he suggested that they consult a local Rav.
R. Dovid Feinstein (1929-2020), was the eldest son of R. Moshe Feinstein whom he succeeded as Rosh Yeshiva in Mesivta Tiferes Yerusholayim. He was world famous as one of the generations preeminent Poskim, as well as a legendary Ba’al Chesed. Totally unpretentious, he lived in the Lower East Side in the utmost simplicity.

ר’ דוד פיינשטיין (תרפ”ט- תש”ף, 1929-2020), היה בנו בכורו של ר’ דוד פיינשטיין, וממשיכו כראש ישיבת מתיבתא תפארת ירושלים. נודע בכל העולם כאחד מגדולי הפוסקים בדור, וכן כבעל חסד עצום. היה עניו ביותר, והתגורר בפשטות עצומה בלווער איסט סייד.
