A handwritten page of the sefer Eitz Chaim of the Arizal, written by R. Meshulam Feivish Halevy Heller of Zborizh, one of the great early Chassidic Rebbes, known after his work Yosher Divrei Emes.
R. Meshulam Feivish Ha’Levy Heller of Zborizh (1742-1794), was one of the greatest talmidim of the Maggid of Mezritch, R. Meir of Premishlan and R. Yechiel Michel of Zlotchov. He was a close friend of R. Chaim of Chernowitz, who quotes him several times in the Be’er Mayim Chaim as well as in other seforim. He was one of the greatest leaders of the Chassidic movement and authored one of its early and most classic seforim, Yosher Divrei Emes. His Talmidim include R. Dovid Shlomo Eibeshitz (Arvei Nachal), R. Yosef Dovid HaKohen of Zhvaliv (Derech Emunah), and R. Menachem Mendel Hager of Kosov (Ahavas Sholom).

ר’ משולם פייביש הלוי הלר מזברז’ (תק”ב-תקנ”ד 1742-1794) היה מגדולי התלמידים של המגיד ממעזריטש, ר’ מאיר מפרמישלן ור’ יחיאל מיכל מזלוטשוב. הוא היה ידידו הקרוב של ר’ חיים מטשרנוביץ המצטט את דבריו מספר פעמים בספרו “באר מים חיים” וכן בספרים אחרים. הוא היה מגדולי מנהיגי תנועת החסידות וחיבר את אחד מספריה הקדומים והקלאסיים ביותר, יושר דברי אמת. מתלמידיו ר’ דוד שלמה איבישייץ (ערבי נחל), ר’ יוסף דוד הכהן מזבלוב (דרך אמונה), ור’ מנחם מנדל האגער מקוסוב (אהבת שלום).
