The Moetzes urge the public to not only invest their energies protesting and demonstrating against Chillul Shabbos, but rather to invest time and effort to explain to those distant from Torah observance the beauty and sanctity of Shabbos. This shows the priorities of these Gedolim, that more could be accomplished with Kiruv then with demonstrations.
