R. Aaron Ha’Cohen Prachya (died 1697) was a scion of an important rabbinical family. He served as a Rav and Rosh Yeshiva in Salonika and upon the passing of R. Eliyahu Kobo he was appointed to the distinguished position of Chief Rabbi of Salonika.
