Historical document dated 1955, signed by the three Dayanim of the Jerusalem Bais Din. Upon the passing of the Rishon L’Zion (Sephardic Chief Rabbi), R. Ben-Zion Meir Hai Uziel in 1953 the Bais Din appointed three trustees to administer monies in the bank account of the Rishon L’Zion. This document states that upon the appointment of R. Yitzchok Nissim as the new Rishon L’Zion, jurisdiction of that account will transfer to the New Rishon L’Zion.
