Classic sefer of Talmudic directives authored by R. Yaakov Tzvi Yolles.
With warm approbations of R. Yaakov Orenstein (Yeshuos Yaakov) and R. Tzvi Elimelech Schapiro (Bnei Yissoschar). As is well known the Bnei Yissoschar rarely granted approbations, and this is the first of the only four known approbations he granted.
R. Yaakov Tzvi Yolles (1778-1825) was amongst the distinguished disciples of the Chozeh of Lublin, the Kozhnitzer Maggid and R. Mendel of Rimanov. He served as Rav in Dinov, Glogov and Hosokov and was greatly respected as great Talmid Chochom and Rebbe. Author of various important seforim, he is classically known after this sefer as the Meloi Ha’Roim.

ר’ יעקב צבי יולס (תקל”ח-תקפ”ה 1778-1825) היה מבחירי התלמידים של החוזה מלובלין, המגיד מקוז’ניץ ור’ מנדל מרימינוב. הוא שימש כרב בדינוב, בגלוגוב ובהוסוקוב והוערך מאוד כתלמיד חכם ואדמו”ר. הוא חיבר ספרים חשובים שונים אך מוכר ביותר כ”מלא הרועים” על שם ספר זה
